Broker/ Agent (pronoun flexible)Licia is an energetic, fun, supportive, and collaborative real estate broker and agent who strives to ensure that their client's needs are first and foremost. Raised in Montgomery County, Licia has lived all over the DC Metro area and has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods and the current real estate market. Licia began their professional career in event production, working on technical production with large DC marches and events throughout the Washington DC metro area, but investing in their first property in 1995 sparked an interest in real estate as a way to invest in the future.
Working for small independent companies with investors, home buyers, and sellers led to branching out in 2013 with their own boutique brokerage firm, Branches Realty. Specializing in residential listings for buyers and sellers, Licia has great connections within the community and loves sharing them with clients.
Licia and their family reside in Downtown Silver Spring and, when not working hard for clients, or playing the ringmaster to their 4 kid family circus, Licia enjoys fly fishing, bowling, and having culinary adventures with their lovely wife.
